The swift execution of this two-storey project, our dedicated team propelled us to completion within a remarkable 84-day timeframe. To streamline operations and maximize efficiency, numerous components slated for on-site construction were instead meticulously fabricated in our workshop. Notable examples include the production of domes, each weighing approximately 700 kg, which were initially planned for on-site assembly. Moreover, bespoke features like horseshoe chandeliers, paying homage to the adjacent racecourse, were expertly crafted to enhance the project's ambiance. Additionally, the strategic installation of double-height glass facades on temporary structures exemplifies our innovative approach to expediting construction. These strategic decisions, among others, were instrumental in achieving our ambitious timeline while ensuring adherence to the project's overall vision and quality standards.
